I see people go oh yeah I do warmups and then their Warmup is a fully rendered figure and like. No no. Warmup is gentle little jog in place. Move at the hips somewhat. Shake out arms. Wiggle yon impliment doing Squiggles and Sharps. Basics, basics. Get the hand and the eye on the clock together.
