Using the same blankets you use sleeping without zentai will probably overheat you, since there’s an extra layer of covers. So try to find a lighter blanket that still has some size and shape similar to the setup you usually have to sleep.

Deffo choose your most form-fitting and loose suit; if there’s even a little pressure against your back or groin, fingers or toes, it can cause discomfort. Crotch zippers might be more comfortable closed than open, or vice versa, depending on the inseam fit.

^^ I almost never sleep in a mask, cause either the airflow loss is significant or there’s pressure against some part of my face, which becomes uncomfortable. So first try napping without a hood on, if you have any suits that can be worn just from the neck down.
