I dislike the current trend in Dutch speakers to say "dat is waar" instead of "dat klopt" for "that's true", because: 1. It sounds weird 2. When people calque the interjection(?) 'true', they just say "waar", which makes them seem confused about some sort of whereabouts. "klopt" already exists!!
