I can’t believe she seriously asked me if she should reverse the entire batch of checks in order to remove one posting and then have me reapply them, instead of just creating an invoice to clear it off the account. All because she would have to figure out the G/L designations for the new invoice.

My year end review meeting is today. Considering all the problems she’s had with me lately, I am wholly expecting the worst rating. But this is my mantra today, because I know my quality of work hasn’t wavered one bit.

I can’t believe she had me spend all that time figuring out where that discount amount came from only to find out she was the one who do it in the first place, Last. Friday.

People really aren’t using their brains, huh? The refund dates coincide with the batch dates that were held up by our credit card service. Which we only just received. How can you not put two and two together?? Why are you asking “why it’s taking them so long to deduct”???? 🙄

I closed November at the end of day Tuesday, I spent time helping you with something yesterday and first thing this morning you ask why 2 days work of batches aren’t posted???

There’s been no written update in a week+ no verbal one since Wednesday, all I did was ask for an update on the ongoing problem and a plan of attack if we don’t get the money before the end of the month. No need to take that condescending tone in your reply. Like I had the audacity to even ask. 🙄

I bet Credit asked for an update on the ongoing credit card processing/bank problem and that’s why she sent an update with the bank report & copied in our controller. And why she asked me if I told credit about the issue when I originally asked + who it was I told. I could see her wheels turning…

I feel so gross. Like I’m lying to the credit department. She did something incorrectly and now I feel like I can’t say anything. If I re-copy in credit, I’d now be “throwing her under the bus” But if I just let her know, then there’s no accountability for her shoddy work.

Telling me to come to you first, to not go to anyone else to figure things out, when I have a question about something is so incredibly fishy. We are all on the same team. If someone else has the knowledge to answer my question or needs to be informed about the situation they should be consulted.

Man, does it feel good to be right. 😎😏🙂‍↕️😌 I told her the line in our operating system was tied into the credit card processing system. That if I reversed the line it would refund the card. To ask our guy before we tried deleting it. But no, she had me try anyway. Good thing it failed to process.

This missed October deposit should be posted into October, not November. But no, doing the few clicks to reopen the month and allowing me to take care of this properly is too much work for you. 🙄🙄🙄 I bet the financials for October aren’t even close to be closed out yet and it’d be fine…
