While at the paint store the other day, my son said that there were the most popular colors on the back of each swatch board. I impressed myself by getting three out of the four most popular swatches right before looking!

I got to meet Laura Numeroff at my local bookstore, Beanbag Books, last night! I just love If You Give A Mouse A Cookie collection. Her new book, Max and Mama is so sweet!

I have never seen so much blood, snot, or tears in one day as when I was with a third grade class. Thankfully I was not the cause for any of it. 🤣

I had a blast at Liberty Tree Elementary School Monday and Tuesday talking to some amazing Kindergarteners! They were such great listeners and I enjoyed sharing all about Escape to Play and my art process. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. I can't wait to visit again in the future!

I walked past a car today playing jingle bells with windows up and it was quite loud. 😂

Wishing it was warm and I was in Bay City, Michigan, to see Escape to Play on the shelf at the Bay City Library Shelf! Newly added!!

It's always good when things work out- like when I sent a sympathy card but the card fell out. The recipient was tickled to have gotten just an envelope. The gesture worked and she smiled. 😂

Officially in a Canadian library! Thanks to the Ajax Public Library for adding Escape to Play to their shelves! I can't wait to hear what the kids think!
