These standing ovations really don’t lend any credence to the quality of a film or how it will be received by the masses. Most of the time, this kind of thing is an indicator that it’s bad. Make no mistake: I plan on seeing this film, but 15 minutes? The audience is trying too hard.

The question I have in my head now is would an HR department entertain the idea of bringing someone back purely to troll them. I may find out soon. As the person being approached about it, you would not think so, but the verbiage I received hints otherwise.

Considering this did not likely make the money WB wanted, I don’t see them investing more money into this project right now. If it happens, it will likely happen to promote a sequel.

One of the larger tricks of adulthood is knowing how to pick your battles. The choice itself is up to the individual, but one of the largest but often forgotten rules is once you stand your ground, stand firm and make no exceptions. That’s how weakness is found and you lose more down the line.

Folks, there is a reason why speed limits are why they are near residential areas. Case in point: a guy almost t boned me doing likely 10 over while I was crossing a street. So if you hit a guy you likely get the ticket anyway, but in an area where speeding is likely? It looks that much worse.

I find it very funny how so many #nutrek fans find my opinion so unimportant they feel compelled to tell me I’m wrong. I think Nu Trek is dog shit. Live with it and move on.

I can’t help but repeat what’s on my profile banner at the moment: “I don’t suffer fools, and I don’t abide kiss asses.”. If you’re going to try and place blame for your mistakes on me, you will absolutely get called out by me, publicly if necessary.

This still isn’t a brag given its likely 200+ million production budget. These films are not cheap to make, and when you factor in the fact that studios need to split the take with theaters, which most people forget, they haven’t really made much money, if any.
