It sucks not having a functional car. My cat had surgery a couple of weeks ago and I’m supposed to take her in for a post-op on Friday. Initially, the appointment was at 11am, but the vet had to rearrange their schedule and pushed it up to 9am.

I’ve found a kindred spirit in #BabaChops. We’re both introverted to the max and it usually requires a LOT of coaxing to get us out of the house. She smells like black licorice, which admittedly is one of my favorite candies. #PoppyPlaytime #NightmareCreatures

I thought I was going to have a Halloween movie marathon last night, but all I managed to watch was Trick ‘r Treat and then I fell asleep on the couch at 9:30pm.

I don’t get very many trick-or-treaters anymore, but I only handed out a grand total of 4 pieces of candy this Halloween. It’s a good thing I bought candy that I like, because I’m stuck with it now! 🎃

It’s the 25th anniversary of American McGee’s Alice, so I’m going to post my Alice fan art for Monochrome Monday for a while. They’re not my best pieces, mostly because I drew them back in high school, but I still love them enough to share them.

When I become a ghost, I’m going to leave messages in blood on the walls, but they will be positive affirmations like, “You are strong, you got this”, “Your hair is great today!”, and “You’re beautiful and magical!” 👻

Why is it that when I’m dead on my feet tired, I fight it like I’m a toddler?

I’m gonna be honest here. I don’t think super glue is as super as it used to be. I usually use Gorilla glue, but it hasn’t been very effective for me, for some reason. I’ve started using clear caulk to repair things now.

I am absolutely delicious and I hate that mosquitoes know it.

Reskeeting this for #MonochromeMonday I don’t know why, but back when I really became passionate about drawing (10th grade), my pieces were always b&w with a little bit of color. I really can’t think of anything that influenced me to create in this way.
