I'm so sorry to share that sweet Lilu passed away yesterday. Her health took a steep turn Monday and it was clear that she was suffering. There is a house-hippo shaped hole in my heart. I have so many happy memories that feature her dear, sweet, wrinkly, warm, silly self. 🙏💕🌈

The latest Dew update since her vet check up last week wasn't great. I realize I'd been hoping that her bleeding was an infection back in January, but she bled a bit last week 😔. That was the sign that she really has uterine cancer.

Co and Dew went for their hormone injections this morning. Even though she hates the vet, Co got bored enough to come out
