Anyone else have days where anxiety and stress/frustration ramp up to like 90% to the point where you avoid others intentionally. Nothing triggers it. I just don’t feel normal.

Tip for enjoying single player games more. Turn off your phone. Disconnect your console from social features. Make sure you’ve already eaten. Maybe a light non greasy snack on hand. Be well hydrated. Set the mood to focus and enjoy the game and it will feel the way it did when u were young

I know Squaresoft was so happy to sell gamers the same game 3( or more times for those who bought on multi plats). But FF7R being a multi-release game instead of just 1 long game is a trend I hope dies with the next one. Finish your game, release it as a complete product or don’t make it.

My household had a little “she finally decided to start HRT” celebration yesterday. So I definitely fucked up my whole week of dieting but honestly that’s OK. Back on the grind today and we keep at it :). Any good diet has room for celebration.
