From financial perspective, there's huge difference: 1) using frozen Russian assets; 2) borrowing on the market against / pledging frozen Russian assets as collateral; 3) lending using EU budget as collateral. EU taxpayers will have to pay €3bn per year in borrowing costs - the worst out of the 3…👇

He also said that Ukraine is grateful to Norway for its long-term military and humanitarian support, which “is evidence of true leadership, dedication, and strategic reliability.”
