One of my birthday presents from Lily is this incredible G1 Sideswipe. This is DX9 Red Storm. The way the hood transforms from car mode into robot chest is incredible. The only silly thing about it is the feet being visible in car mode make it look like eyes on a Car from the Pixar movie Cars.

One piece is great… but it’s also proof sometimes things that work on paper just don’t translate well into live action. It’s hard to take emotional scenes seriously when the characters hair looks like this.

Well I was having fun playing Leaf Green. Put about 5 hours into it. Then I got out of Mt Moon because my team was hurting and I needed to get to a poke center. Now I can’t get back to Mt Moon, and I don’t ever want to play this game again.

Season 1 of The Mandalorian really is great. So many great moments! The first 3 episodes is an incredible arc. Sure, there are some dips and lulls, but it’s over all such a fun adventure. It’s nice revisiting this before the movie in… 2 months? Geez.

Continuing with my rewatch, I finished Andor. I know people think S2 is the best, but after doing a rewatch, I think S1 is perfect. S2 is great, but S1 only had to be itself. The second half of s2 is focused on tying into Rogue One, I think it suffers just a little bit for.

Playing Dragon Quest 3 with a cat on my lap while the Olympics is going. Not a bad night.

Finished S1 of #Andor and onto S2. But wow. Andor Season 1 is a masterpiece. I struggle to even call it Star Wars because it feels too good to be Star Wars. It feels weird grouping this in with any of the other movies and shows. I think S1 of Andor may be the absolute peak of Star Wars as a whole.

What’s it called when you get sad because all the snow that’s been on the ground for the last 3 weeks melted in one day because the temperature spiked to 50 degrees? Am I broken that I miss it?

It’s wild that there is a new Star Wars movie for the first time in 7 years that’s just 3 months away… and it feels like there’s almost nothing about it.

Finished #ObiWanKenobi today. For its few flaws, it really ends on such a high note, and well worth getting through for that resolution. Next on the list is Andor. I’m looking forward to this rewatch after seeing season 2 last year.

I finished my first rewatch of #TheAcolyte since it aired, and honestly, I enjoyed it. It’s not perfect, but it’s a bummer seeing what it set up for the future that we likely won’t be getting. Now I’m onto Kenobi.

Bad Bunny’s music isn’t my cup of tea, but I won’t deny that the show was fun! It was great how be brought his culture out and celebrated it, making it for everyone. It was open and welcoming. And the message as absolutely clear, you’d be an absolute monster to not appreciate it on some level.
