I have pretty much always started my period within the first couple of hours of waking up, but the last 3 cycles have started late in the evening...like why the sudden change body. We had a good system of anticipation

All my meetings at work have been canceled expect for the last one...

I think its real dumb that insurance companies dont cover couples therapy because its not "medically necessary." I think trying to work through problems and strengthen partner connection is medically necessary and valuable to humans. Insurance sucks.
