Wow, what a ride! The last chapter of Book 1 of Worlds of Ascension is scheduled for the 30th of April. I'm going to take a break after that to tighten the story and rewrite some chapters. The book is far from perfect, but it was such a great educational experience for me!

You still have a chance to join the great collective of the readers of my first fantasy book before there are less than a thousand of them :) Jokes aside, I'm still quite amazed how fast it all evolves. My initial plans were to gain 300 followers before the end of the year.

Today's drive from Brugge to Berlin was definitely one of the top-3 most exhausting drives in my life. 9 hours of constant torrential rain. Plus three hours yesterday from Windsor to Brugge. Also under constant rain.

Currently reading: Towers of Acalia by Atlas Kane. The four-book set was on sale on Audible recently. So, I bought it, even while I already had the first book separately and listened to it before. One of the harem/smut LitRPG series I enjoy much more than any other.

Wow! Here's something grand! I've got a first patron on my book's Patreon account! This feels quite amazing :)

I will consider this a badge of honor. When I woke up this morning, I checked the current stats of my story on RR. The average increased from 4.23 to 4.29 but no new ratings were placed during the night. A prompt investigation showed that a 1* rating that was placed on the first chapter...

That's pretty intense. Just crossed 500 followers with my first book. That's insane. If any of my readers are here: you are amazing :) I sort of hoped to get to 300 by the end of the year when I started posting my first chapters a bit more than a month ago.
