The Baron wanted me to hold him like baby this morning. It’s kinda hard to tell, but he’s laying on his back against my side. My arm is around his bum holding him from rolling off the bed.

“Mother, it is no longer sunny outside. Make it sunny, or suffer the consequences.”

I greeted the Baron in the morning, and he asked for twenty more minutes.

The Baron is home in his Barony, and to welcome him back I brought him a Totem from the magical store called Giant Tiger. Hopefully he will learn from it and keep me safe from gnomes.

Ah, skritches. Very satisfying. (Someone is getting spoiled with a capital S!)

The Catnip is growing nicely now, and it’s time to move it to a nicer pot! Before I can do that, Spud has to have a taste test. Based on how flat some of it is and the amount of leaves missing, I think he approves! 😸

I had to give him some gabapentin today as he seemed like his mouth was sore, and it seems to have had a very… calming effect, shall we say. Here is the Baron asleep on his subject, dead to the world. What a cutie.

The Baron is recovering from another round of dental surgery. Unfortunately he is one of those cats that suffers from dental resorption. Last time it caught me by surprise and the TK community helped me out, which I’m grateful for. We’re good this time, but I feel so sorry for the little butt. 🧡

12:30AM. Spud thundered up to my pillow, rolled over until I nearly suffocated in his fuzzy potato-ness, drooled so much he soaked us both, and then when I was finally comfy bit my hand cause he was DONE with the pets and he refuses to Just Walk Away. And yet I still love him. Jerk. 🧡
