I'm currently on two pills that help me with weight loss (similar to GLP-1's), but I'll be finding out today if my insurance would be able to cover an actual GLP-1. I've felt amazing being on these pills. They just can't be long term as that's not their use.

The first thing I'll journal about is my condition: PMDD. I'm currently dealing with it right now. This is "Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder". It's like PMS but on steroids. I've known since puberty that I've had this, but I didn't understand it much until last year at age 33.

I think I will use this site as a way to journal out some thoughts, too! However, I will be avoiding super negative things or political things. Over the years I've learned the hard way it's not good to share certain things.
