If it were any Court other than the Roberts’ SCOTUS, as currently constituted, this case would be a no brainer. But because this SCOTUS is politicized, untethered to precedent, and has handed down many decisions that are obviously poorly reasoned and disastrous to implement, no one should rest easy.
