In June 2023, before the war broke out, I decided to travel to Egypt for fertility treatment, leaving my parents and siblings in Gaza. Thank God, I was blessed with twins, Ahmed and Hossam. Then the war broke out and destroyed everything, and we are now stranded in Egypt in a difficult situation

Sharif has social media that predates the war, a lot of medical documentation and sent me a photo of his Palestinian passport. Being from Gaza makes life incredibly difficult even when not in Gaza. Sharif is essentially stuck with no way to make money and a child with significant health issues.
