Today’s update.

This is a 100 foot Oakbridge at Survivor Smitty built. He had worked for John Kerhoffer (sp) on Survivor and said the longest bridge Survivor had was 60 feet. He did an awesome job.

The Camera crew look like something out of Jurassic Park or a sci-fi movie. They are here prepping for loading on the cameras.

The Survival Challenge challenges are living up to their reputation.

It’s tick season again on the Island. I just found this one on my arm!😢😡the blue dot is a ball point pen dot. The eight legged creature below it is a tick!😡that’s how small they can be!

Camping essentials.

Sitting in the Chicago airport waiting for our final leg back to Portland. Last time we were in the Denver airport we met Corrine so I’m sitting here looking for Season 17 tribe members to stroll by.

I finally saw my first confirmed killer whale sighting!

Well after 12 minutes of watching a finback whale just blew off to our starboard side. That was a bit more exciting than watching paint dry and faster too.

Watching for glaciers to calf and whales to surface is similar to watching paint dry but a lot more exciting when something happens.
