37 all out, 4th consecutive red arrow down to 56k. Rough but I was only 6 points off the safety score, and different (better?) decisions re: GK, Haaland and (c) would’ve done it. 80% set on Gordon (disaster of the season) to Rogers this week. Ekitike a headache but he could be ok to hold… 🤷🏻‍♂️

Awful lot of noise this week re: Haaland and Foden especially. I think there’s every chance they don’t start. I think there’s every chance they do. Feels like a week to roll and hope for the best. Can’t shake the feeling that it’s a week that will come back to bite people for their moves…

A question for my knowledgeable FPL friends if you’d be so kind. With 2.3 ITB but only 1 FT, would you roll here given the number of likely active wildcards in 24? I obviously want rid of Gordon, but is Gordon to Rogers/Wirtz/Ndiaye/other worth it? Or is the roll more valuable?

Pretty sure that’ll be Gordon out for me then. Was always him to Rogers/Bruno. I’ll see how Rogers looks here and make the move for 23 after the midweek games. Plenty of buffer so no need to rush moves. Would prefer Rogers fixture-wise. Just annoying Bruno is flying up in price so much.

Some knee-jerking feels inevitable. Worth taking a breath though - GW24 probably a much better week to make the transfer(s) you want. Plus there’s 3 PL games yet and then some important European games midweek.

Looking like Enzo in 22 then Bruno and Rogers in 24. Maybe even keeping Ekitike long term and ignoring Palmer. Most likely Enzo in 22 then a couple of weeks to re-assess.

Pretty certain I’ll use my only FT to do VVD ➡️ Tarkowski. If I get any sign VDB starts then I’ll play him over Mukiele. I think Ekitike plays but I’d rather game on him blanking against my double Arsenal defence. I’ll keep him for BUR (H) in 22 and bou (a) in 23 then sell for Palmer funds.

Trying to decide if a -4 is worth it here. I’m selling VVD with my 1FT. Probably to Tarkowski. I think Ekitike will play, but to be honest, if VDB was playing I would play him and bench Ekitike then keep him for Burnley. But VDB is not playing. So is a -4 for someone like Watkins worth it? 🤔

What a weird, swingy gameweek. A couple of hours ago I was on a huge green arrow and just outside the top 10k. I’m now on a red arrow 🙃🤯

You probably shouldn’t be using transfers to juggle your Arsenal trio. By all means shift the likes of Hincapie, and I understand moving Raya to accommodate Gabriel if you need to free a slot for him, but moving away from Timber/Rice/Saka? There is probably a better use for that FT now or soon.

Is Mateta back on anyone’s radar? Particularly from 21? Just looking at funding Cunha to Palmer in 22 and Ekitike down to a 7.0-7.5 (Mateta/Joao Pedro?) looks intriguing.

Got nothing but admiration for FPL Harry, both as an elite manager and as a consistently excellent content creator and I wish him the very best with both endeavours. However. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing him fumble his 5FTs and come out with a mess of a team. Can happen to the best of us 😅

Bus team for GW20. I went early to get Gabriel as money is very tight for upcoming planned moves. Sacrificed the third striker spot a bit reluctantly but it makes sense for now. Andersen and Jimenez gone, I’ll keep Wilson until KDH is back. Everton, Chelsea and Villa on the radar next.

This feels like a more significant marker at half way this season because we’ve all played (presumably) the same amount of chips, and have the same amount left. In years gone by you’d be chasing some people ahead of you who used tons of chips sometimes 30+ weeks before you used yours.

62 all out. 71k ➡️ 34k Decent green arrow and I’ll claim a BB success despite TWO no shows so it scored 16 even after autosubs which I’d have taken. Haters will argue I’d have started Dubravka but honest truth is I gave it zero thought and did order the rest correctly. Almost half way!

Weird week. 58 with Mukiele left on BB. Happy with that, up to 31k so far. Bench scoring 16 including two no shows ffs. 16 is respectable, but I put zero thought into which keeper to start as I knew I’d BB but let me have it 😂 Moves a bit meh. Suspect Gordon gets 65 or 25 vs Burnley now.
