I've recently learned two Japanese words that I find particularly fun. First is 蛇口 with 蛇 meaning snake and 口 meaning mouth. The whole word means tap/faucet. Second is 恐竜 with 恐 meaning fear and 竜 meaning dragon. The whole word means dinosaur. Gotta love Japanese vocab 😂 #langsky

I went to German bakery and pastry and got two slice of cakes ;) This time I could got the ones without coffee flavor ;)

Some features that were deployed last Monday had a bug -.- Cool. Because of this bug, some users can see the others’ information -.- Our client was pretty mad -.- I didn’t write the code, but I reviewed and approved it -.- My colleague fixed the code and assigned me as a reviewer.

I made some batch function triggered by a queue, and make it retry when it fails except validation error occurs. My colleague manually ran it yesterday and she forgot to put { for a request so it wasn’t a json. I guess I didn’t check enough validation patterns… and it throw a normal error -.-

I usually start to work at 9am. I got up 11am today… -.- It was actually for the first time since I started working this company like… for 5 years… I’m sure I set the alarm and went to bed around 1am… I must’ve been pretty tired and didn’t notice the alarm…? -.-

Friend: Do you know "Stephen Sommers"? He is a movie director and one of his most famous movies is "The Mummy". Me: I'm not a movie person so I haven't really watched many movies... (googling his name) ... oh, I've heard ハムナプトラ(Hamunaptra) :O

For the past week, I’ve been studying for a Linux certification. I’m supposed to finish reading a textbook and complete all the quizzes… but my progress is about 80%¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’ve studied for it for about 16 hours and I feel like it’ll probably take another 30 hours or so until I take the exam .-.

I don't know how do you want your cards to exactly look like but since Anki is basically html+css+js... I thought about something like having all sentences in one field line by line or so and then having js script to take one random line from this to display? I can't test it now but it could work?
