This week I'm trying to eat healthier and make better use of my air fryer, using my Mob air fryer book. Tonight was Korean style aubergine and sausage. The recipe called for basmati rice, but I prefer sticky so... This took 40 minutes as I was being slow, but it's a 30 min meal, and there's lunch!
