What I found infuriating today was all the managers practically lining up to ask me how I'm feeling. I get it that they're doing their job by looking after me, but it ended up feeling like a parrot was talking to me, asking the same question over and over again with zero benefit..

I really should get new glasses.. but is there much point to wasting money on something I hardly even use? Peoples' faces, or seeing them clearly, don't really matter to me that much anyway..

Honestly, I may have been rude to coworkers today, which is not "me". I don't do that, yet today I did. But I just do not possess the mettle to restrain myself when I got asked obvious questions that a worker, who's been with the fucking company for a year, should know by now..

Whenever friends would brag about shit that makes me feel like garbage despite them knowing this, I question their motives for sharing anything in the first place. As if the burnout didn't make me feel miserable enough already..

Work is still shit! But at least 24 hours from now I won't have to think about it for 3 weeks and a day 😃
