My take/experiment on Scottish Cranachan (a try out before Burns’ night). I used ‘live’ yoghurt instead of cream, blueberries instead of raspberries, toasted rolled oats and chopped nuts. A little whisky and honey in the yoghurt. Layer fruit, oats/nuts and yoghurt. Tasted great! #desserts
