Sourdough naan! I use my usual recipe for the sourdough, bulk ferment for 2 hours then roll out 10 x 100g pieces of dough and leave covered for 1.5 hours. I dry fry them on a high heat for about 1 minute on each side and then brush with rapeseed oil.
