A rainbow as I was getting into the water, then I noticed a big splash behind me and the seagulls fly off. I was kinda cautious but a seal pops its head out of the water ahout 2 meters from me. He turned and looked straight at me, then another popped its head up! I’m feeling very blessed 🌈 🦭

I love some winter sun. I love to enjoy the apricity against the crispness of the air. It’s the little pleasures in life that count. Happy Friday lovely folk ❤️

Wild and wet day here… who wants to help water the plants?

Work search on hold for a few weeks, I’ve turned down some offers as they aren’t right for where I am right now. I’m pleased I’m becoming aware of my limits and boundaries and putting what’s right for me first. In the mean time I’m happy to post as I had… So here’s me bum 😋

An absolute magical morning swim. I will never stop gushing over the power swimming in nature has over me. It gave me the grounding and reset I really needed. My heart is full and happy ❤️ 💙

What a great swim, I got close to a heron from the water who eventually flew off just beside me, seagulls, ducks and the swan in the water too seemed to be enjoying the warmth of the sun and I got very close when I swam out to my fave diving bird a Comorant! Magic!

Sunday swim. Sea temp about 12°C and air temp about 12°C also. Once settled was comfortable in.

I cant remember he last time I’ve worn this many clothes! It’s weird 🫢

Swimming is the best part of my day!

This evening dip in the mist has absolutely brightened my day. No one about so I got to go in nude!

I’m all for people doing what makes them happy but when I see posts of Christmas music, decorations etc it genuinely knots my stomach, I can cope with and tolerate Christmas but just for a week or so. Is hate that we have to live with it for 2 months. But I’m also kinda happy you are happy. 🥲

Art has helped me hugely this year, but my pieces were deeply emotional and I had to step away from it. Feeling mush better in the world now so I’m getting back to this old paint by numbers to start dipping my toe back in.
