Cooking naked is a great way for me to feel grounded and relaxed quickly 🧅

Work went well but I am beyond exhausted today. Trauma still stored in my body and an unsettled nervous system is so difficult to navigate. It’s hard to explain how well I am doing but how my body is slow to catch up. But I do love my body and will give it all the time it needs ❤️

It was a cold one. Extremely changeable weather today and the hail storm before I got in left a chill in the water 😆 luckily no rain during my swim. Was needed after my first 2 days back at work 💙

I’ve been offered a part time management job. Was called out of the blue by an old colleague and it’s happening. It is such a positive step forward while still allowing me to have time to support my own needs. I’m so proud of myself to be at this point and ready and excited to work ❤️ 1/2

Occasionally over the last year I take a picture and I feel truly fully freely myself. The integration aspect of therapy means that all I’ve worked on a is slowly settling in me and yesterday I felt something click and I felt the most me, a new me, a strong free me. It’s an incredible feeling 🥹
