Nice swim to end January. I only managed 7 swims this month, a lingering head cold, stormy weather and ongoing muscle issues with my back and hip impacted, hopefully I can do get more often in February 💙

Friday swim! Feeling good today ❤️

One of those days after therapy where I felt fatigue. The morning was a right off, gladly after lunch I plucked up the motivation for a swim 🤗

Saturday swim. Not been able to get there all week as I had a head cold. It was Baltic but totally worth it. Spot the frost on the seaweed 🥶 💙

Most people can’t see it. I didn’t see it but I can now, this absence in my eyes before the memories came back, a sadness , it’s not there any more, there is a sparkle now ✨ Therapy works kids 🤟🏻

While this head-cold is a pain in the arse my tolerance for my TMJ an tinnitus seems to have disappeared! Anyone have a cure for either ✨ 🙏🏻 I’ll reward you with cuddles and kisses if you cure me 😛

Thank you all for reaching out and your kind responses. I am doing very well in what’s been the most difficult couple of years. I feel strong, proud and determined. Memories came back over the last two years with my brain sharing new attacks slowly giving me space between each new memory.

My abuser when I was 5. At one point because of what he was doing to me I needed to be resuscitated. I repressed the memories until a year ago where I had to relive everything he did to me 🙃

New year swim. Turns out I’ve swam 11 days in a row! Can swim for about 10 minutes before my body says GET OUT! But I always get back in to take a pic 🫢

Looking back on what was the second most challenging year of my life,the first being 2024, its been good to see how much joy I got from being naked and how often I got to be naked outdoors! I hope you have enjoyed me sharing my joy! Happy New year all 😘
