Great morning at Norwich parkrun and somehow managed a 23.14! Haven't really been training much so I'm very happy with that. Then Mark and I had an outing in Attleborough for brunch and a wander. Then it was tea and doughnuts! 😊 #loveparkrun

First on our Halloween tour was Binham Priory. This was the site of a Benedictine monastery, founded in 1091. Home to a Benedictine community for over 400 years. Villagers claimed to hear chanting monks echoing through the ruins long after the priory fell silent. #binhampriory #halloween
