What a day. Just beautiful, warm and humid, so smashing about 10 litres of electrolytes down my neck saw me through. As most men over 50 will know, this led to a couple of unscheduled stops! 🤣

12 days to go, so am easing off enormously on training. Slow run today (probably a bit faster than Marathon pace though!), pulse around 140, but humidity was horrible!
