Postpone discussion of the big bill. Articles of impeachment should be filed in both houses. The president has preempted congress's authority to commit war, he has authorized federal detention and deportation of people with legal status, & he is clearly not mentally fit. Free him to play golf.

I suppose many people will buy imported goods this week that are still priced pre-tariff, like coffee or basic t-shirts & jeans or dried fish & spices. The US does not produce those things. The larger tariff impact will hit next month. Buying (demand) will fall. GDP measured by demand will too.
