Managing agents are charging unfair service charges for residents in places like the Hyde Park estate. Grateful to the Minister for meeting myself and residents. Stronger regulation of managing agents is vital to ensure accountability and a fair deal for leaseholders.

Labour for Leaseholders met with Rendall & Rittner, in our campaign to improve managing agents' standards. Residents have faced poor financial management and service standards for too long, and it is clear that we need to reform our antiquated leasehold system.
