Good morning and happy Monday. Kicking the week off right. So good to be back in my routine. Anyone up for leg day tomorrow?

Proud of my progress in 2025. Down almost 20 lbs and stronger than I’ve ever been. Even with a surgically repaired shoulder I’ve doubled my weight on so many lifts. Dr told me I’d never lift again. I don’t take never as an answer. Looks forward to more progress in 2026!

Good to be back in my routine after two weeks on the road. Gonna end 2025 strong and kick off 2026 on a high note. Just turned 48 and I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt.
