This was my first dog, Goliath. He died a few years ago, but his impact on my life was extraordinary.

Nothing can prepare you for the loss of a pet, but the loss of an emotional support animal is particularly devastating. I'm finding it hard to do literally anything. I had no idea how much of my happiness depended on such a small dog.

I lost my best friend of 16 years yesterday. I'm a mess, but I'd like everyone to just know that she existed, and she was wonderful. Spare a thought for Shahrazad if you can, she was one of a kind.

I was just thinking about The Dark Crystal, and how something never sat right with me about it. At the end of the movie, the Skeksis & Mystics merge, then fuck off into space. Based on what I've learned throughout this whole 'AI' thing, my paranoia leads me to believe that these data centers aren't just for AI. They'll be used for mass surveillance and/or some other nefarious purposes. Humans aren't evolved enough to utilize this technology ethically.

If you ask AI to show you have to do something, and it walks you through all the steps, and you are doing them... Does that make YOU the AI? You're doing what AI is prompting you to do. I need someone who uses AI to tell me if they're having an existential crisis now.
