Depending what time we get the show on the road for this year’s edition of the rapture I could have a really awkward visit at the doctor tomorrow.

I’m not reacting to the rapture unless it closes the local waffle house. It's hurricane rules.

A two minute mistake painting this evening is resulting in hours of rework and ruined a perfect art-making session. To say I am pissed off at myself is a massive understatement.

Every time I get sick for a more extended period and then suddenly turn a corner and feel better it’s jarring. No wonder I was struggling so much with basic tasks! But then I think about my chronic illness friends. Some folks never turn the corner, and exist in pain all the time, and I’m so sorry.❤️

I had to move about 20GB of marketing assets around this morning for work and I think my internet is still mad at me because it’s /struggling/ 😅

Ok the pictures don’t do it justice but I put frosted lattice film on our entertainment cabinets today and it really lowers the chaos of looking at all our games stuffed haphazardly inside 🥰

I finally got around to replacing the screen protector on my phone after walking around with an annoying crack down the middle for the last month. It’s a major improvement but I will learn nothing from this.

I have such a love/hate relationship with reddit. I love sharing my work there, I get way more engagement than elsewhere and I love talking to redditors about process & sharing notes. But there’s a subset that are alarmist about *everything* and I always have to remember to trust myself over randos.

She is finished! I’m still finding haze in places and will be polishing until the end of time, but for all intents and purposes my floral mosaic dining table is complete and I love her. I also plan to make a stopper for the umbrella hole, but that can wait until my fingertips heal 😅

One of the benefits of being way into the psychology of cults, crime, etc. is that binging any number of documentaries on your day off can really be a little pick-me-up for dealing with your own issues 😅
