This is a double punch to the gut since several of us worked on both of these. Monolith and Cliffhanger were both game studios in Kirkland, WA that were shut down this year.

It was an amazing team with incredible talent, and that's not hyperbole. I was frequently awestruck by the work from my fellow GOATS.

Here's a little something pretty safe to share from my previous tenure at Monolith. In addition to designing the logo we saw in the Wonder Woman trailer, I also designed this icon for use in the game. The negative space made by the star creates the second W.

When I left 'lith and walked past this I remember joking about maybe just taking the bafta with me. To keep it safe :) Honestly we wanted to take all the people and tech with us also. But thats a story for beers.
