I am getting used to the 35mm on the #xpan I have now discovered the sheer height of the rise when put into the context of a city center. Normally when using rise I use a small tripod. Here its on a full height which takes me higher off the ground, so lesson learned. #glasgow #filmphotography

Not too many rolls for a week long trip. The wee portable label printer came in really handy. That and felt pens 😂

Apart from the Nikon lens for the Xpan. I took a punt on a very good (excellent) condition Minolta xe. I quizzed the seller & they showed images of a clear viewfinder. This really is the holy grail for these. Battery loaded today, the meter is perfect. It just needs new seals due to age.

I just bought a Nikon PC-Nikkor 35mm F/2.8 I am looking forward to using it on my Xpan. This should give me a more pleasing vertical height than the 45mm. I would prefer 17mm height but that's never gonna happen. First order of the day, mark out zones on it via ground glass

Early 2023 I opened up a new 35mm bendy world. The #widelux one. I haven't looked back since. I now have 3, 2x35mm 1x120 Interesting cameras for sure, that take a bit of getting used to. The prices of them are now past the point of bargains. With only 20k (35mm) made why would they be cheap?
