A group literally tried to get me to commit suicide because they thought I was part of the LGBTQ community sent out to millions of people, amongst other reasons, they also called me homophobic slurs. Democratic news outlets thought I was part of the LGBTQ community. I am a straight ally.

I signed something called a Commitment to Teach with the State of Michigan, that means my Education at Michigan Ann Arbor is covered. I committed to teaching for the next five years at a minimum, I have no intention of running for any full-time political office in the foreseeable future.

I spoke to Abigail this summer, and did get a picture with her. The reason education matters, the reason teaching matters, is to inspire, is to impassion the next generation to create progress. She started a pride festival in my first Congressional District the first time I ran for Congress.
