@spann.bsky.social My son who lives north of Edmonton, AB sent this pic. This is a vacant apartment balcony. The “ribbon” is pure snow. Apparently accumulated, melted slightly, refroze while subject to winds. I’ve never seen snow exhibit such tensile properties but I have lived my life in the South.
