Hypnosis is a skill that gets better with practice just like any other skill. It's why some clients don't start to see significant progress until we're several sessions into therapy. The more you practice, the more effective it becomes. Even if you have no experience, you can build that experience.

When you experience loss, you can't run from the grief, or you're only going to delay the inevitable. You have to allow yourself to sit in that grief and experience it if you're ever going to get past it. Tears fall for a reason. They're your strength, not weakness. ♥️
