It was decided that only collective action could resolve these issues and a group chat of tenants an CATU members was created to progress this. CATU Waterford plans to conduct further organising efforts with the tenants to build a bigger and stronger group capable on taking on the landlords.

Mould, damp and structural issues were common across all tenants, many experienced severe flooding during this winter and are suffering health damages. It was decided that only collective action could resolve these issues and a group chat of tenants and CATU members was created to progress this.
