In case anyone’s wondering, while I like making the occasional spicy art piece, I’m not actually inclined to make NSFW art. I did at one point have an alt acc for that but truthfully i don’t enjoy making it. Which is a shame cos I’ve heard NSFW comms can really pay off. Never say never I guess.

“Story switching” can be hard. To want to make art that keeps a past story relevant and holding it in my mind long enough to make it and then switch to one that I’m more excited to create but then don’t forget that another still needs dev cos the project just around the corner etc. Have too many man

What inspired Zero and the Cyberhunters the original 1982 TRON was of course massive inspo. While Zero’s been compared to My Life as a Teenage Robot I was actually inspired by Astro Boy in that regard. Also Danny Phantom for the superhero twist and for Zero’s human projection/alter ego. So yeah. 👾

I don’t think I’ve ever made a character that invited as many questions as Zero before and I love it. I love getting asked who are they what can they do or where do they come from. I love answering those questions. Thanks for letting me blah about my newest OC. 👾

It’s so flattering and means a lot when people say they’d love to see my projects animated. That was my dream at one point, in my head all my stories are cartoons I wished existed. But it’s just a dream. I don’t think my things will ever be animated. But dreaming is free. I’m only one dork lol.

This notion had haunted me over the last 10 years of oh I’ll do it later rn I don’t have the money. Later. Travel to places, meet friends for the first time, hang out, present myself the I want etc. it never happens. Just endlessly working to put food in the fridge and moving where I can afford.

I talk about retiring from webcomics because while I’ll never stop having ideas my brain will never shut up making comics is EXHAUSTING. I’ve neglected so many personal needs over the years self publishing graphic novels. Wouldn’t be great to make comics without feeling like wanting to disappear?

I’ll always remember Western Regions fondly as my first and bar none largest webcomic project. Spanning multiple volumes across multiple years. I thew everything I knew at the time at it and really hoped it would make a mark. Perhaps time will tell, even tho it’s concluded.

I genuinely love doing commissions. The challenge of drawing someone’s characters is so fun and every interaction I’ve had thus far has been so nice! 😭 I’m still relatively new at this and I hope I can do more this year. It really helps to not dry up my savings. Affording things is still hard. ;;;

I think I make too much webcomics and too many characters. ;; I try to ale it easy to access and follow who is who and where their series are if they have them. Still, it’s probably too much. Here’s to retiring in 2027. I’ll never stop making stories or drawing, but the NINE webcomics is the brakes.

I haven’t taken any pics of myself since I came out mostly due to not having the fits/tools to finally present myself the way I want to. The past few years I’ve been fighting for my life and trying not to go hungry/homeless. Fits/makeup took a backseat to survival. I have nowhere to go anyway. 🤷
