Last night, CCDC Veterans Affairs Committee hosted Chris Harden (CD 11) and Richard Wright (Lieutenant Governor). The candidates spoke about affordability, housing, schools, jobs, and healthcare. The committee also collected food, canned goods, and grocery gift cards for needy Cherokee veterans.

In November, the Cherokee Democrats Service Committee sprang into action for a Cherokee community hit by SNAP delays. Thanks to your generosity, we donated $175 and 240 pounds of food to Never Alone Food Pantry. A huge shout-out to everyone who donated—you made a real difference!
