Flowers on begonia Kapuashuluensis and on the begonia Kapuashuluensis x dracopelta! They got prophylactic neem oil treatment yesterday and some residue remains! Consistent treatment is the key to a bug free life!

To stay pest free, we put all new plant arrivals through this protocol: 1) Remove soil 2) Wash 2x 3) Cut all nodes 4) Submerge in water 12hrs 5) Wash w/ hydrogen peroxide, rinse 6) Repot rooted plants, isolate 2mos then pest check 7) Root nodes in sphagnum moss 8) Intermittent neem oil sprays

Had some good luck at the plant swap!! Got a monstera albo and a mons sierrana! A sweet philo mottled dragon, alocasia dragons breath and a fee more 😁
