I watched a horror movie that had an opening action scene before going "5 Years Earlier." I realized I'd seen it and switched to another movie. During that movie, I couldn't figure out how the opening scene fit in. Only at the end did I remember the opening was from another movie.

Washington DC is in the South, a particularly swampy part of the South. The best you can hope for on a June night is miserable, wet blanket humidity. The worst is thunderstorms. The lighting will create an apocalyptic bug swarm. I'm sure a few citronella tiki torches will fix that.
