Not seen any wooing in the news media for ages! Plenty of ruing, hailing and dubbing, but not much wooing.

Called in to Habitum this morning for a vanilla #coffee, and thought I'd try a Dome Cookie, never having had one before. This one was Pistachio and White Chocolate. Very tasty! #Leeds #bakery

My late lunch: home-made Chicken Curry served with home-made Pilau Rice and garnished with creme fraiche and fresh coriander leaves.

Typing a reminder into my phone for tomorrow's supermoon. Spellcheck has advised me that Superman will be visible in the sky from about 4:30pm. Can't wait!

Feeling chuffed, having successfully completed Sober October. I can't say I noticed any of the claimed improvements - clearer thinking and what have you - but I'm sure my insides have benefitted. Off to Bridge End Social, #Leeds, for a Full English Breakfast shortly to celebrate.

A middle-aged couple is being shown a lovely 2-bed bungalow on a house-buying TV programme. The nearby village has a community centre and a petrol station. What more could you need?

Just been to the dentist for repair to a tooth that was falling to bits. The dentist tells me that I have an even displacement which, apparently, is a good thing. I may be old, fat and ugly, but - hey - when it comes to displacements, nobody's is more even than mine 😊

Walking innocently past Underground Bakery in #Leeds earlier, minding my own business, when *whoosh* - got hit by an intense pulse of supergravity. Ended up coming home with a sour cherry & custard Danish.

Needed to make a remotely-triggered, wireless strobe lighting setup that would fit underneath an umbrella and light the subject's face from above, as evenly as possible. Works fine. Trouble is, it weighs a ton!
