At All Saints, Loughborough the base of the west tower is a memorial chapel to the Taylor family, bell founders in the town since 1840. The really rather lovely altar frontal at St Peter's, Lowick is a beautifully embroidered depiction of one of the 14thC windows in the church. It shows Sir Simon de Drayton (possibly) offering a model of the church. #TextileTuesday

This stunning carving of Christ in Majesty was found face down in the floor of the north aisle at St John the Baptist, Barnack in the 1930s. It could possibly be as early as the 11thC or 13thC or somewhere in between.. Over 3ft high it's truly a thing of beauty #SundayStonework

The 14th/15thC tower and spire at St Peter's, Oundle is a lovely slim and elegant affair, repaired and partially rebuilt in the early 17thC it is as Pevsner describes 'not too excessively tall' but still the tallest in the county. #SteepleSaturday

The 15thC font at St Swithin's, Compton Beauchamp was made infinitely more attractive in 1933 when Martin Travers designed a lovely new cover for it, alongside many other features in the church. From this angle you can just see the dove painted on the base of the top. #FontsOnFriday

The chancel floor at St John's, Clarendon Park is a rather lovely glass mosaic of foliage designs. The church was designed by Goddard and sons and built in 1884-5, the floor is by Rust & Co of London and an excellent example of their work. #MosaicMonday

Three figures at the crucifixion is a stunning example of 14thC artistry at St Mary the Virgin, Meysey Hampton. Removed from the church sometime in the 19thC, fragments which had been found were restored to the church, they're definitely worth searching out. #StainedGlassSunday

William Darby d1498 and his wife at St Luke's, Gaddesby. I love the folds at the bottom of her dress which subtly suggest the volume of fabric in the skirt. Heavily graffitied over the centuries which is as interesting as the original carving! #MonumentsMonday
