Super proud of the TUM MSc in Sports and Exercise Science students. After a 2.30 am start, all managed to get to the top of the Wildspitze (3768 m). The next day they did a step test at 2400 m with spirometry, lactate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation measurements.

Looking forward to hosting on the 26.6. in Hamburg a SMSH "metabolism in action" session with Philipp Zimmer. First, legend Hermann Heck will discuss the vLamax. Second talents Tim Havers and David Walzik will present muscle hypertrophy metabolism and exercise immune metabolism!

Last lecture of the semester! Thanks to Volker Herrmann from the Olympiastützpunkt Bayern and BA from FC Bayern Munich for giving seminars in our module "Evidence-informed training for performance, fitness & health". All students also wrote and carried out a 6 week training plan with a volunteer.
