Turns out Easter eggs are a really good shape for nose cones. Good seasonal timing for this project! It is such a love/hate with this jetpack. Frustrating the crap out of me, but progress keeps making it look just good enough to keep going on.

Yup, will be coming back here this summer for some naked hiking.

I am betrayed! Dad brought me to this weird little cold room and they shoved something up my butt and shined bright lights in my mouth and ears and then they gave me shots! It’s been the worst afternoon! But the nice ladies gave me lots of treats and called me cute. Annual wellness checkup ✅

Finished my blaster! Really happy with how the weathering came out. It’s all glued up so nothing moves, but I’m still very happy with how it looks!

Got the paint to mostly where I want it and the first layer of sealer over it. Need to dirty it up a bit and do some damage. Then a few more layers of sealer and it’ll be ready to be put back together

Cosplay update: picked up a blaster, because while he may be a Jedi, he’s also a mandalorian and so a blaster is needed! Going to repaint it silver and black to match the lightsaber. Yeah….. the guts of this thing are NEVER all going back in there functionally >_<

Forgot to post these when I finished it. Got a new map drawn up for a friend’s DnD world. The new campaign is going well and I needed something arts and crafts to do for a bit!

I’m at the “it looks like garbage and I hate it” phase of the project…. So yeah, that means it’s going “ok”. At the very least it’s starting to look like a jet pack…. Paint is going to have to do a lot of heavy lifting….

Got some good progress in on the chest today

I feel like I can no longer make fun of my mother being a VERY white woman; as I sit here gluing and wooden tags for stockings that I’m then going to use basic ass acrylic paint to make cute 🤪

Not too bad progress for the day. Construction of the pauldrons is more or less done. Still need to do some spot filler and sanding for clean up.

I’m super happy with how these came out! Got a LOT of clean up to do on them and a small void on the d100 I’m going to have to figure out how to hide. Yay beer dice!

Beer dice are looking pretty good! Not completely happy with the head foam, but overall pretty pleased with where they’re at. Back into the pressure pot they go for the number shells!

Attempting some “beer flight” dice. The dice cores I left a little room at the tops of the molds, so tomorrow once they’re mostly cured I’m going to figure out how to put some foam head on each die. Really happy with my ideas for the centers of the d2’s

Ahhhhhhh the actual joy of two queer dog dads needing to pass each other because of identical reactive dogs; while clearly wearing the minimal requirements of shirts and short 🌈 🌈 🌈

Twigg and I did about 9 miles today and I took full advantage of an empty trail to do about 4-5 of those miles naked! Big goal for me this year is to be able to do this more. It just feels so amazing to be out on the trail nude!

A variety of a week

More or less ready for the ren fair. Few detail bits to finish up. But I’m really happy with how this knight is gearing up!

Not too terrible of a job of hiding a Loki crown in plain sight. It makes a good temporary set of horns for my knight costume.

Pride month starting a little late with some #FCF enjoying a bit of #ballstretching before getting shaved and #teamlocked for the rest of the month ^_^
