yesterday evening a new website integrated Vemetric and since then it already tracked more events than most users track across several months 🤯 not sure if it’s legit and if they stick with Vemetric, but I‘m super excited about it :D

Vemetric is Open Source, but I haven’t got any contributions to the core codebase yet .. I want to change that! Hacktoberfest is starting soon, and I'll take that chance to prepare some Issues and better Contribution Guidelines for people to get started :D

it's now easily possible to exclude your own IP address from being tracked in Vemetric :D

The best customers are the ones who give you great feedback (e.g. on what they're missing), gracefully make you aware of bugs, and even contribute to your source code (thanks to the nature of Open Source!) and I'm happy that I already have such customers at Vemetric 🥹

how do you organize your AI chats? constantly creating new ones makes it hard to find old chats that would be valuable to revisit at a later point one could think AI should be good at organizing them 🤔

in the last 30 days, 15 new projects integrated Vemetric to track their analytics means a new project every second day .. I like that!

I have an idea for a little side project it should act as a free marketing tool for Vemetric let's see how fast I'm able to ship this :D

Today, instead of taking the car, we had our first kindergarten bike ride Milestones like this make me so proud as a dad! My son already said he wants to do it more often, so we'll take the chance until the colder season starts again 💪

In Vemetric it's possible to store any attributes to an individual user .. it's just a key/value pair Now when you're storing a URL, it gets rendered as a link :D Comes in handy when you e.g. want to quickly navigate to a user's page in your product from Vemetric

You'll soon be able to view the Funnel Progress of each individual user in Vemetric I love it when a feature integrates so seamlessly in almost all the other places of a product 🤌

Funnels are now part of the Vemetric Dashboard, which brings so much value!! 1. You can easily filter your Dashboard by users who have finished a Funnel 2. You can see how many Users have finished a Funnel depending on other filter criteria (e.g. users from a specific country)

thanks to the new Funnel Filters, it's now easily possible to view all users who have completed a Funnel (or a sub-step of it) 🤩

now that I've released Funnels in Vemetric, I could just jump onto the next big feature but first, I want to focus on integrating them properly with the rest of the product instead working on a way to filter data by users who have completed (a specific step of) a Funnel 🙌

on some days, LLMs behave like it's the first day of their internship on other days, I'm working with a 10x dev who roasts my code and comes up with much better solutions

just shipped a live mode to Vemetric's dashboard, so you can see real-time data flowing in ✅

Funnels are now live in Vemetric 🥳 This took me longer than it should have, but it's now finally possible to create funnels and see how users progress through different steps in your product :D
