I hate storms I hate when there’s hail I hate when it’s at night Why can’t I just not be so scared of them? I just want a normal storm that doesn’t feel like the world is gonna end

I hate that I keep telling my self I’ll be ok the next day if I stay up till 5-6 in the morning. But I always end up waking up 3-4 hrs later and feeling like shit the rest of the day And I struggle to take naps cause I end up actually sleeping Guess I’ll have dinner early and sleep
