Today the evil Supremes struck down Colorado's ban on conversation therapy. I am a gay elder & when I was young this society was so repressive I didn't even know there was a word for what I was. That ignorance, intolerance & homophobia is coming back. I am beyond anger today.

I've never been a political artist per se but I believe every artist is in some way political. I've made about 25 masks exploring the spiritual/intellectual void that is MAGA & the larger American public & I've also explored devolution as these all began as human visages. Paper, paint, fangs.

My Sumi ink painting is coming along. Next week I begin practicing the mulberry branch as 1 of the 4 gentlemen in this Japanese art form.
