Russia can never again be allowed to be a threat to Ukraine and EU. 1. Russia must hand over all nuclear arms to EU. 2. Russia can't have access to the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea. 3. Russia must hand over Kaliningrad. 4. Russia must hand over St Petersburg. 9/25

With EU having such a disparity in war goals, it will end up as a compromise, but the compromise will become harder and harder for Russia as time goes. I have here set up a reasonable list of goals beyond the obvious Ukrainian demands for peace. 8/25

Ending the war just to end it doesn't benefit Ukraine, nor EU. If the war is ended fast, we risk facing a new war with Russia in a decade or two. This is the 2 months option, the 14 months option constitutes the downfall of Russia. 7/25

It is important that we go about it from a perspective of EU security, economic compensation, and land gains to improve security. It is here also important to understand that the longer Russia refuses to give up, the more we can easily gain. 6/25

Currently the member states range all the way from Hungary's position of "Dear beloved mighty Russia give us gas and oil again", all the way to the hawkish NB8 that wants Russia balkanized into stamp-sized micro-nations. 5/25
