The Raiders are set to hire Seahawks QBs coach Andrew Janocko as their new offensive coordinator, per The Insiders, filling a big role for new coach Klint Kubiak. Janocko was with Kubiak in New Orleans and Seattle and now Las Vegas.

With Maxx Crosby's future uncertain in Las Vegas, worth noting that the Raiders hired the coach with whom he works directly. As one person noted, "The plot thickens."

The Raiders are expected to hire DL coach and run game coordinator Rob Leonard as their new defensive coordinator, per The Insiders. The two sides are finalizing a deal. Leonard earns the promotion, a key hire for coach Klint Kubiak. Leonard is also close with Maxx Crosby.

The Raiders are interviewing Packers defensive line coach and run game coordinator DeMarcus Covington for their vacant defensive coordinator job, per The Insiders. Covington was the Patriots defensive coordinator in 2024 before moving to Green Bay.
